See that Superman over there in my sidebar? That one way, way down there on the right? That guy represents my great and very fabulous idea of participating in NaBloPoMo, in which I commit to posting once per day for an entire month. Either the best or most craptastic idea I’ve ever had.
And I’m leaning toward craptastic. Because what did I do yesterday, the day on which I made this commitment? (And it is totally fine that I made this commitment on NOT the first day of the month. I looked it up, thankyouverymuch.) Post something particularly brilliant, you say?
Nooooooope. Guess again.

I came home from work and fell asleep FOR TWELVE HOURS. No joke. Twelve (12).
So, Day 1 of the NaBloPoMo challenge, and I’ve already fucked it up. Something else for me to feel guilty about. Awesomesauce.
But! Do not cry for me yet, Argentina. Superman sez the theme for August is “Tomorrow.” So, I’m telling myself that yesterday’s awecrapsometasticsauce slumber was my way of really experiencing the theme. Actualizing it. Because no one is more hard core about NaBloPoMo than me. And Superman.
So. This is Day 2.
(And this could get very, very painful.)
